Excellent. The see-through effect is something I dont get to see very often.. and my favourite ones would be your attempts. You did the water also very very well, those bubbles and all. I'd hate to point out my negative opinions.. but I suppose that's what critique is. The paws could probably just as well be very gentle but if he were to sort-of hug himself there no really sunk-in effects. Also if hes bloated like that, the lighting should add some stronger shining onto it.
..I hate nagging, even now since it all looks so spectacular and all.
